Printmaker Illustrator

I studied illustration and graphic design at Staffordshire University. After a life long love of animation I started puppet animating at Cosgrove Hall Films in Chorlton, Manchester. Working on programmes such as Andy Pandy and Postman Pat. I began printmaking at this time, attending various courses locally and the summer printmaking course in Falmouth, Cornwall. In June 2009 I won the Derbyshire county council and Tarmac ltd print trophey for best orginal print, for my print of 'mojo'
My work is heavily inflenced by my animation career. My subjects display a sense of fun and humour. My work is also available from www.galleryinthegardens.co.uk
